Warranty
Last updated: October 12, 2026
EUNORAU e-bikes are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the original purchaser. We help you file and follow up on claims.
Coverage periods
- Frame: 10 years (repair or replacement).
- Motor, battery and electrical components: 24 months.
- Other original EUNORAU parts: 24 months or longer where the manufacturer states so.
- Commercial use (rental, delivery, sharing fleets): coverage periods are reduced by 50%.
Conditions
- Covers manufacturing defects only, for the original purchaser; it does not transfer to later owners.
- Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase and register your bike with the manufacturer right after delivery — we will send instructions.
- The manufacturer requires a check-up by a qualified bike mechanic after the first year of use.
Not covered
- Normal wear items: brake pads and rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables and housings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes and gears.
- Labor, cosmetic damage, paint and finish, corrosion and environmental exposure.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, racing or stunt riding, improper storage, assembly, maintenance or repair, unapproved accessories or modifications (e.g. drilling, welding).
- Battery damage from incompatible chargers, broken seals or use in other equipment; removed or altered serial numbers; free gifts and pre-installed accessories.
How to make a claim
- Email info@el-bicycle.store with your order number, the bike’s serial number, a description and photos or video of the issue.
- Stop riding the bike if the issue affects safety, and keep the original packaging if possible.
- We coordinate the claim with the manufacturer. Replacement parts or repairs are provided according to the manufacturer’s decision; labor for frame changeover is not included. We pay shipping for approved warranty parts and warranty returns within the lower 48.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. The manufacturer’s full warranty terms, including its dispute-resolution terms, apply to manufacturer claims.
