Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed on el-bicycle.store.
Who you buy from
- Seller: EBicycle Store Inc., a Delaware corporation, 9450 Southwest Gemini Drive, PMB 45860, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States.
- Payments are processed on the seller’s behalf by Mendes Media Inc. through Stripe; your card statement may show Mendes Media Inc with the suffix “EL BICYCLE”.
Products and prices
- We sell new EUNORAU e-bikes. Specifications and photos come from the manufacturer and may change; minor differences in color or components may occur.
- Prices are in US dollars. Prices shown are current supplier reference prices and are confirmed when we accept your order.
- No sales tax is added at checkout.
Orders
- Sending an order request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and you complete payment.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a bike becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
- Quantities may be limited per order.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy, returns in our Returns & Refunds Policy and coverage in our Warranty page. These form part of these terms.
Safe and legal riding
- E-bike classes, speed limits, age and helmet rules differ by state and city. You are responsible for riding legally and safely, wearing a helmet, and following the owner’s manual.
- Assemble and adjust the bike as described by the manufacturer, or have a qualified mechanic do it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your state of residence gives you additional rights.
