How EBicycle Store Inc. collects, uses and protects your personal information on el-bicycle.store.
Information we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: name, email, phone number, delivery address, the bikes you choose and your preferred payment method.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and processed by our payment operator; we never see or store your full card number.
- Analytics (only on el-bicycle.store and only if you allow analytics): pages viewed, bikes viewed and cart steps, via Google Analytics. We do not send your name, email, phone or address to Google.
- Your browser stores your cart (bike, configuration, quantity) locally so it is there when you come back.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, confirm price and availability, take payment, arrange delivery and provide warranty and after-sales support.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and to prevent fraud and abuse of our site.
- We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
- Mendes Media Inc. and Stripe, Inc. — to process payments.
- The manufacturer (EUNORAU) and carriers (FedEx, UPS) — the name, address and phone needed to ship your bike and handle warranty claims.
- Service providers that run our website and email (Cloudflare, our email provider) and, if you allow analytics, Google.
- Authorities when required by law.
How long we keep it
Order and support records are kept for up to 3 years after your last order or message, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for tax records), and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop analytics, by emailing info@el-bicycle.store. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days.
- Residents of California, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted access and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Kids’ bikes must be ordered by an adult.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
